Welcome to Stick the Twig! These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for purchasing from our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms — please read them carefully.

1. About Stick the Twig

Stick the Twig offers creative craft kits, mini dome creations, advent calendar kits, and party kits made with natural materials designed to spark imagination and encourage mindful creativity.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payment is required at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if there is a payment issue.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

Shipping is a flat rate of £4.95 per purchase.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods (such as Christmas), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Stick the Twig creations! Here’s how refunds and returns work:

4.1 Craft Kits and Dinky Domes

You may return these items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

To request a return, please email info@stickthetwig.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.

4.2 Advent Calendar Kits and Party Kits

These items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

Please check your order carefully before purchase, as these items cannot be returned.

4.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@stickthetwig.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Include a photo of the damage or fault and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, textures, and natural materials may vary slightly.

As many of our products are made from natural materials, small differences and imperfections add to their charm.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in providing safe, quality materials, but we cannot be held liable for any injury or damage arising from misuse of products or tools (such as glue guns) used with our kits.

Craft kits are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Adult supervision is required for children under 14.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and text on this website are the property of Stick the Twig. They may not be copied, shared, or used without written permission.
